Test Drive - Pilot Programs

It is natural for companies that haven’t done a telemarketing campaign in the past to do a Pilot Program. We do this so we can evaluate our solutions in your overall strategy. Our Pilot Program will allow your organization to see if call center operations are right for its business strategy without a heavy commitment.

The Pilot Program we are offering is very competitive - we cut our margins close for Pilots because we do not pass on set up times and other costs to the client. We want to be fair to you for trusting us with your business. We only prosper by putting your project on a long term basis. We can only do this if we are producing the results you want.

Our pilots run for a 300 hour minimum. It would be foolhardy to judge the results of an ongoing campaign for a 10-100 hour test like some other telemarketing companies offer.

The first 100 hours or so of doing the pilot will teach our agents what objections or techniques to employ, and we then spend the succeeding hours perfecting your sales pitch. By the time we reach the 100 hour mark, we will have set the necessary benchmarks and will allow you a more accurate computation of your “Return on Investment” (ROI). After gathering call success data we can then proceed to discuss different compensation structures.

One of the main objectives of doing a test is to evaluate different call center methods to produce the results you want. After completion of the test we will have a much better feel on what works best to push your project post-pilot.

During the test phase, we would be in touch with you constantly. We will be going over the call script, protocols of how you want your calls to be handled, and Agent training. Our agents will develop a call script and a detailed plan how to answer consumers' questions and concerns regarding your product or service. Product and service familiarization are essential so that our agents can sell from a position of confidence.

We can help you generate your call list or will gladly accept any list you give us. Call list quality is paramount to the success of the campaign. If you do not have a call list, just tell us who uses your service and we can take it from there.

After the initial 300 -500 hour pilot test - the lead/appointments charges are as follows:

Program Compensation For Appointments/Leads

  • Consumer or Lower-Level Decision Maker

    Building rapport with consumers and lower level management is generally based on the product or service that is being marketed. The average client cost per appointment generated ranges from $200 -$275.

  • Management or Executive Level Decision Maker (Two-Step Process)

    As this level represents the majority of the business population that is considered to be within reach the challenge becomes time-served and persistence. The average client cost per appointment generated ranges from $300 - $375.

  • CEO,COO,CFO,CIO,VP, High-Level Decision Maker (Multi-Level Process)

    In consideration of the complexities and time that it takes to develop relationships at this level in the organization each program is managed and priced based on a comprehensive evaluation of the program goals, targeted company(s) and business solution being offered. Once the bases of the program has been defined then an hourly rate is set.

** All Executive level appointments include confirmation calls and re-scheduling if necessary

** Pricing is subject to change; start-up fees are invoiced separately and not included in appointment/lead compensation.
